Engineer + M B A ; relevant experience in Software Companies as Country Head for the marketing of IT services ; exposure to the local geography is a must ; relevant experience in IT solutions selling ( like e-com solutions , domain applications projects ,ERP solutions , telecom services , CAD/CAM .... sales ) in major Software Companies based in the respective geographies ; " fire in the belly " to take up direct field marketing jobs ; local language speaking skills ; excellent in communication / presentation ; target - orientation ; experience in handling / accomplishing large targets ; exposure to concerned geographies ( living experience ++ ) ; competition anaysis , sales planning skills ; should have accomplished high targets ; good in large account relationship management ; smart ; excellent in proposal making , negotiation , presentation ; ability to win contracts and maintain clients ( repeat selling experience will be a double +ve ) ; good at environment scanning , competitor analysis ; good inter-personal relationship management ; should give regular strategic inputs related to Business Development w r t geography ; revenue focussed ; good at sales planning and budgeting ; 32 + years age with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
